The tasting begins in a restored cellar located in central Paris where guests will spend about two hours sampling six French wines from Champagne and other regions. A professional sommelier leads the session, explaining how to taste wine properly and how to interpret French wine labels. Participants may choose to add cheese or charcuterie to accompany the wines.
