Farm Visit and Wine Tasting
During a visit with Marco and Barbara, one can observe the vineyard's various types and growth stages to learn how grapes are transformed into wine using equipment and winemaking methods. The experience begins with tasting a white Garganega or a Chiaretto, either still or sparkling, introducing the wine varieties of Lake Garda. Samples of different red wines, ranging from fresh and fruity to structured, are paired with Verona's salami and cheese. Additionally, extra virgin olive oil from the Garda area, known for its fruity and delicate flavor, is tasted on toasted bread. There is an option to sit inside the vineyard facing the crushing cellar while enjoying a glass of wine.
