The Guadalupe Valley, near Ensenada in Mexico, is known for its vineyards and winemaking. This wine tasting lasts about one hour and takes place at Xecue winery. The founders, Alberta and José Luis, began making artisanal wine in 1999 for personal use and started selling their wines in 2005. José Luis manages the vineyard operations, ensuring the vines produce quality grapes according to set standards. Alberta oversees the wine production and administration as the winery's oenologist. During the tasting, guests sample five types of wines, including the Special Reserve, which blends Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Sirah, and Nebbiolo grapes from different soils in Valle de Guadalupe and nearby areas.
