1. Tourists should ensure they are in good health and capable of completing the itinerary; those under 2 years old or over 75 years old, those with cardiopulmonary, cerebrovascular, hearing, or vision impairments, those unsuitable for long-distance travel, and those with pre-existing medical conditions or physical disabilities are not suitable to participate; any consequences caused by concealment will be borne by the tourist. 2. The scenic area implements real-name ticketing. Tourists must use their ID cards to enter the scenic area and carry them throughout the trip. Any losses due to forgetting or losing ID cards, such as inability to visit or check into hotels, will be borne by the tourist. 3. Any personal, property, or itinerary losses caused by public transportation will be borne by the tourist; if a refund is requested after departure, and after negotiation, if no expenses have been incurred, a normal refund will be processed; if the tourist's itinerary changes due to reasons not attributable to our agency, our agency will not compensate for the reduced portion, and any increased expenses will be borne by the tourist. 4. Before traveling, please understand the weather and geographical conditions of the destination, and prepare common warm clothing, heatstroke prevention, sun protection, rain gear, and common medicines. Please pay proactively and prepare small change. This includes post-meal breaks, hotel breaks, and free activity times indicated in the itinerary, all of which are free activity periods. During these times, tourists are responsible for their own property and personal safety. Please pay attention to safety and do not participate in activities that violate national laws or are otherwise inappropriate. 6. Tourist souvenirs, commemorative photos, and local specialties are sold at stops along the way. These are not provided by our agency, especially those sold by private vendors, which are beyond our control. If interested, tourists should exercise their own judgment. Any purchases are personal acts, and any consequences will be borne by the tourist. 7. Please respect the lives and beliefs of local ethnic minorities and avoid conflicts with local residents; for safety considerations, it is not advisable to go out alone at night. If stranded due to force majeure, our agency will assist with arrangements, and any additional expenses incurred will be borne by the tourist. 8. Unauthorized departure from the group during the itinerary without prior consultation will be considered a breach of contract by the tourist. Any uncompleted portions will be deemed voluntarily forfeited, and our agency will not issue a refund or bear any additional expenses incurred by the tourist. Any safety issues arising after leaving the group are unrelated to the travel agency. 9. Please try to wear hiking shoes and bring rain gear. 10. Please do not move around casually during the bus ride. 11. When climbing, please "enjoy the view without walking, and walk without enjoying the view" to ensure safety. 12. Without reducing the number of attractions in the guest's itinerary, the guide has the right to adjust the order of the included attractions. The travel agency will not bear the costs incurred when the itinerary needs to be changed due to force majeure or events that the travel agency or its auxiliary service providers could not avoid despite exercising reasonable care. 13. In the remote areas of Western Hunan, most tourist attractions have many mountains and forks in the road. Do not go out alone casually when traveling. When going out, you should consult with the guide before acting; light clothing is recommended. The weather has been unpredictable recently, with occasional showers, so rain gear should be carried at all times; this itinerary involves long periods of sitting in the car, and some areas have poor road conditions, so those who often get carsick should prepare relevant medicines: Zhangjiajie and most attractions are designated as special no-smoking zones, so you should ask the guide before smoking. 14. Since 2009, Hunan Province has proposed the construction of a "Blue Sky and Clear Water Project," advocating energy conservation and environmental protection. Some hotels in the province may not provide free disposable toiletries, so please bring your own. Due to the limited reception capacity of our agency, we are unable to accommodate seniors over 75 years old and pregnant women.
