Graslei and Korenlei

Korenlei (Dutch pronunciation: [ˈkoːrə(n)lɛi] ; English: Wheat Quay or Corn Quay ) is a quay in the historic city center of Ghent, Belgium, located on the left bank of the Leie river. The quay on the opposite bank of the Leie is Graslei.

There're two main languages in Belgium: french and dutch, but there's a small german-speaking community as well. In Ghent, people speak “flemish” which is basically dutch but with a bit different pronunciation and some other words here and there.

Korenlei & Graslei – The most famous photo spot in Ghent The two riverside streets run parallel along the Leie and offer a wonderful backdrop of medieval guild houses, historic warehouses and Gothic architecture.

So more closer to Dutch gent not Gent gent. This is the name of a city in Belgium. And yes the spelling is a little bit confusing a port.
