Water Caves

Moon Water Cave is the largest, the most spectacular, the most exploratory and the most primitive underground limestone cave in Yangshuo. The cave is about 6 kilometers long and the area of lake is about 600 square meters. The underground river flows through 9 mountains.

Yangshuo's stunning karst mountains and laid-back riverside charm have made it one of southern China's most popular destinations. However, as tourism has boomed, the area has been plagued by overcharging, pushy touts, and elaborate scams targeting foreign visitors.

Located south of Guilin, Yangshuo is famous for its stunning landscape—a dramatic scenery filled with thousands of limestone karst formations, beautiful and meandering rivers, and a lush countryside full of pastoral scenes of rice paddies, farmers, cormorant fishermen, stone bridges, and rural villages.
