Mandraki Harbour

Overall a very nice spot in the shadow of the Old Town of Rhodes - definitely worth a visit and some of your time spent in Rhodes.

This impressive statue of the sun god Helios stood at the entrance to the harbor and was a symbol of the city. Although the statue no longer exists, the site remains important to the history of Rhodes. You can still see the location where it once stood.

Lindos is widely considered the nicest village in Rhodes, renowned for its picturesque setting, stunning beaches, and historical significance. The village features charming whitewashed buildings and an ancient acropolis that offers breathtaking views of the surrounding area.

Located close to the modern part of Rhodes Town, just outside the medieval town walls, the captivating Mandraki is the island's old port, where, according to the legend, the spectacular Colossus of Rhodes used to stand in ancient times.
