Porto Rotondo is definitely a place to visit, at least once in a lifetime. Surely, it is preferable to do so in summer: its beaches and nightlife are more than fascinating and offer their best, despite the huge number of tourists that reaches its peak in August.

Porto rotondo is lovely but doesn't have loads of restaurants/bars for a whole week or more. There is only one supermarket and the port is mainly for small boats. There some good beaches nearby and although busy, Ira is a must. There are lots of places to charter and rent boats and it is very clean and tidy.
