Cheng Hoon Teng Temple

The Cheng Hoon Teng Temple is the oldest functioning Chinese temple in Malaysia. Constructed in 1673, the temple is dedicated to the Goddess of Mercy, and is devoted to Buddhism, Confucianism, and Taoism. To the locals, Jalan Tukang Emas is also known as Harmony Street and Temple Street.
