Grand Cenote (Gran Cenote)

Gran Cenote is one of the best known and most visited cenotes in the Riviera Maya in Mexico. The turquoise waters are crystal clear and ideal for diving. Both smaller fish and turtles swim in the beautiful cenote, from where you can reach the different water depths through a wooden platform.

Gran Cenote This is one of the best cenotes in Tulum, but also one of the most touristy in the Riviera Maya ! It is a good option if you are visiting Tulum with children as it is easily accessible for all swimmers (even beginners), with several services, and a large rest area perfect for a picnic.

Grand Cenote is located on Highway 109 Tulum - Coba 2 kilometers from Calavera Cenote and 4 kilometers from Tulum town. For travelers coming from Cancún or Playa del Carmen, take the highway 307 Cancún - Tulum and before entering Tulum turn right towards Coba Ruins.
