Agadir Beach (Plage d’Agadir)

The entire beach, that's all 11Km (reputedly), is completely free. Some hotels have what is termed a "private" beach which is usually just a section which has been staked and taped off but nothing to really distinguish it from any other part of the beach.

Agadir not only has some of Morocco's largest beaches, it also has some that could be ranked among the country's best. And, certainly, some of the most attractive.

Kids love Agadir's sandy beach, but it's important to be wary of the undertow - for swimming, it's best to stick to hotel pools.
