Why was the Millennium Cross built?
Built in 2002, it is one of the tallest crosses worldwide. How many days is enough for a Skopje?
Skopje is worth only for 2 reasons, Old Bazaar and Canyon Matka. So 2 days max, or better 24 hours. Nothing else to see here really. Instead, travel to Ohrid, trough Mavrovo and Debar, visit the area of Mavrovo (if you like nature), visit Bigorski, sleep over in village Jance or somewhere in that region.
