The Punta Culebra Nature Centre is surprisingly quiet. Personally it has been one of my favourite things to do in Panama City and costs just $7 for general admission. Within the Centre they have touch pools in which you can touch star fish, sea cucumbers and fish, an aquarium, a frog exhibit and sea turtles.
