Do you need a ticket for Cheonjiyeon Falls?
Entrance fee is KRW 2.000. From the parking it is a 250m walk along a very clean (not even a cigarette bud) and nice path to the falls. It can get quite crowded.
How do you get to Cheonjeyeon waterfalls?
Getting to Cheonjeyeon Waterfall Driving from Jeju City takes around an hour, from Seogwipo City takes around 20 minutes, and from Jungmun Tourist Complex takes just minutes depending on where your hotel is. You can also get the 510 or 690 bus to Cheonjeyeon Waterfall car park bus stop if you're staying in Jungmun.
