MOCA is the the best, a must see. Not sure if in line with what you're looking for, but I really enjoyed Jim Thompson's House museum. Not many visit it because it's a bit far but the Erawan Museum is not bad. Anatomy Museum was fascinating, if you're into that sort of thing.
