Inverness Botanic Gardens (Floral Hall)

Inverness Botanic Gardens is a beautiful scientific garden and tourist attraction, free to visit (donations welcome) and open to the public 7 days a week. Located in a tranquil spot by the River Ness, this is the perfect place to escape city life.

Car parking facilities are available but are limited during busy periods, consider walking, cycling or taking the bus. The first two hours cost €1 per hour; after the first two hours the fee is €2 per hour.

Beautiful - shame dogs are not allowed. We found these gardens with a little effort (they are still signposted as "Floral Hall") and were pleasantly surprised at how lovely they were. We had to go in in relays as we have a small dog and she was not allowed in.
