The tour begins with pick-up from any hotel or residence in Abu Dhabi in an air-conditioned 4x4 vehicle. Guests travel to the desert for a desert safari that includes dune bashing, where a skilled driver takes the vehicle over high sand dunes for an exciting ride. After dune bashing, guests take a short camel ride inside a designated circle to experience the desert environment up close. The group then stops in the deep desert for a sunset photo opportunity. Next, the tour proceeds to Adventure Gate Desert Camp, a Bedouin-style camp where guests spend about five hours. At the camp, guests can participate in activities such as sandboarding.
