🕗Pre-Departure Notice One day before departure by 18:00, you will receive the group notice or your guide's WeChat QR code via WhatsApp/email. Our service team and guide will contact you proactively. Please submit a copy of your passport/ID photo in advance to facilitate check-in and itinerary arrangements. 🚌Meeting & Pick-up Small Group Tours: Staff will meet you at Zhangjiajie Hehua Airport (DYG) or Zhangjiajie West Railway Station. Service: Your English-speaking guide/driver-guide will begin service on Day 2. A 24/7 customer service butler will assist with all transfers. Drop-off & Dispersal The tour concludes in Furong Ancient City. Paid transfers to airports/stations are available between 12:00-14:00
