Overview

The Bangkok Evening Class at Tingly Thai Cooking School runs from 18.00 to 21.00 and lasts three hours. It takes place at the Tingly Thai Cooking School with instruction in both English and Thai. Participants learn traditional Thai cooking techniques, including making curry paste, and prepare all dishes themselves. The menu begins with Tom Yum Kung, a hot and sour prawn soup, followed by Pad Thai Kung, fried Thai-style noodles with prawns. Depending on the day, students cook one of four chicken curries: green curry on Mondays and Fridays, red curry on Tuesdays and Saturdays, Panaeng chicken curry on Wednesdays and Sundays, and Mussaman chicken curry on Thursdays. The class ends with Khao Neeaw Mamuang, mango with sticky rice. All kitchen equipment and bottled water are provided. After cooking, participants eat the dishes they have prepared. A printed recipe is included for reference. Vegetarian options are available. Alcoholic beverages are not included.

At " Tingly Thai cooking school" we can teach you many of the tricks and secrets of preparing Thai food. We will also teach you various methods for properly storing Thai food. And as part of our course of instruction we visit many markets to learned about source of ingredients. We hope our knowledge on Thai ingredients and cooking techniques imparted in our Kitchen classes and in this cook book will make your feel in love with Thai food and enhance your cooking Thai food at home.
