Riders spend about one hour cycling along the trail using premium bikes, which include Giant™ 2026 Talon E-bikes, Trek Powerflys, and Trek Marlin 6 pedal bikes. The tour begins with a safety briefing and provides each participant with a helmet, map, bike locks, and a repair kit. A return shuttle service connects Queenstown with Arrowtown and the Valley of the Vines, allowing riders to focus on cycling and visiting wineries without concern for transportation. Guides offer local information and safety instructions throughout the tour. Wine tastings are available at several wineries on the route but are not included in the tour price. Food is not provided. Riders may choose to finish the tour at any winery and must notify the operator by text by 3pm or when they decide on their final stop. Door-to-door pickup is available only for direct bookings. The e-bikes are suitable for riders over 150cm tall.
