All participants must sign a Release of Liability and Waiver; under 19s require a parent or guardian to sign.
Wearing a Department of Transportation approved full face helmet is mandatory for all participants.
No participant suspected of intoxication beyond BC legal driving limits may join as driver or passenger; no refunds will be given if denied.
Pregnant women are not permitted to ride as driver or passenger on ATV or SXS tours for safety reasons.
Tours operate in all weather conditions; guests should dress accordingly. Rain gear is provided free of charge.
Closed toe shoes are required for participation.
At least one adult per group of up to seven ATVs must speak conversational English to participate.
Pregnant women are not allowed on ATV or Buggy tours but may join Canoe or Jeep tours.
