Overview

Participants begin the workshop by learning about different types of chocolate from expert chocolatiers. The chocolatiers provide a demonstration and offer a tasting of various chocolates. After this introduction, attendees create three custom chocolate bars totaling 300 grams, decorating each according to their preference. The workshop also includes making a traditional Aztec-style hot chocolate drink using original tools and methods. All handmade chocolates are taken home at the end of the session. The workshop lasts about 75 minutes and includes free admission to the Chocolate Museum Vienna BO-YO. Each participant receives an official BO-YO certificate upon completion. The activity is suitable for children aged 3 and up, with those under ten required to be accompanied by a ticketed adult.
