Infant passengers must bring their own baby seat, as none are provided. Each traveler may bring one suitcase and one carry-on; oversized or additional luggage may require prior approval from the operator. Wheelchair accessibility is limited to collapsible wheelchairs with assistance, while non-collapsible wheelchairs are not accepted. Transfers during late-night hours between 8 pm and 3:59 am require an extra fee.
