Overview

The tour begins in Seoul where the guide meets participants at the chosen meeting point before traveling to Imjingak Park. From Tuesday to Sunday, the visit includes Imjingak Pyeonghwa Nuri Park, the starting point of the DMZ tour, where visitors see the Freedom Bridge, Mangbaedan altar, and a war-era train. On Mondays, the route changes to Cheorwon to visit the 2nd infiltration tunnel, Peace Observatory, Woljeongri Train Station, and the suspension bridge at Mt. Gamak. After the initial stop, the group returns to Imjingak Pyeonghwa Nuri Park to enter the DMZ area and continue the tour by crossing the Unification Bridge. The itinerary includes the 3rd infiltration tunnel, Dora Observatory for views of North Korea, and Unification Village. Guests choosing the gondola option ride across the Imjin River, while the suspension bridge offers a 150-meter crossing over the Gamaksan valley with views of the surrounding mountains. The entire day trip lasts between 7 and 11 hours. Round-trip transfers use an air-conditioned vehicle. Admission fees to all attractions are included. An English-speaking guide and driver accompany the group throughout the tour. Optional activities include the gondola ride, crossing the suspension bridge, and meeting a North Korean defector who shares their testimony. The tour concludes with a return to Seoul, where participants are dropped off at their original meeting points or other designated locations, subject to traffic conditions. The itinerary excludes travel time between stops and varies by the day of the week and weather or political situations. Certain options and stops are not available on Mondays, and some locations may be substituted if access is restricted.
