This four-hour cooking class in Antigua introduces participants to traditional Guatemalan cuisine and local food customs. The tour begins with a visit to a local market where guests select a variety of exotic fruits and ingredients, guided by a local expert who explains unfamiliar produce. After the market visit, participants are transported to the cooking school where they learn to prepare five typical Guatemalan dishes, including three main courses and two side dishes. The class includes recipes, snacks, and a selection of alcoholic and carbonated beverages. The tour ends with a drop-off at a central location in Antigua, in front of the Arch of Antigua. Private transportation is provided from the market to the cooking school. WIFI is available during the class.
