This three-hour eBike tour begins with a nine-mile van ride north to the edge of Douglas Island, near Juneau, USA. After a short training session on electric mountain bikes, participants follow a dedicated paved bike lane along the shoreline. The route passes through part of the largest national forest in the United States, including areas of rainforest. Midway through the ride, the group dismounts for a short walk on an old-growth forest trail that leads to a secluded beach. The beach offers opportunities for photography and a quiet place to rest. The tour includes use of an electric mountain bike, helmet, bottled water, and snacks. It is suitable for ages 12 to 78. Gratuities are not included.
