The tour starts with a tuk-tuk pickup from the hotel in Krong Siem Reap. Participants first visit a local market in Siem Reap to select fresh ingredients needed for the cooking class. After shopping, the group travels to a local home where an experienced guide leads a private cooking session lasting about three hours. During this time, participants prepare four Khmer dishes using the collected ingredients. The class ends with a lunch featuring the four dishes prepared. The tour includes hotel pickup and drop-off by tuk-tuk, all ingredients for the dishes, and lunch. There is an optional visit to a mushroom farm and a crocodile farm with the local guide.
