This full-day bus tour from Krakow covers two major historical sites: Auschwitz-Birkenau and the Wieliczka Salt Mine. The day lasts about 12 hours and includes hotel pickup and drop-off by an air-conditioned minivan. You will receive headphones to hear the driver/guide clearly throughout the trip. First, travel about 50 kilometers west to the town of Oświęcim to visit Auschwitz-Birkenau. At Auschwitz I, join an English-language guided tour provided by the museum staff lasting around two and a half hours. After the first camp, the tour continues to Auschwitz II-Birkenau, approximately 2 kilometers away, where you will spend about one hour with the same guide. Note that bags larger than 30x20x10 cm are not allowed, and all visitors must go through security checks before entering.
