The tour begins with pickup from the hotel or riad in Marrakech around 8:30 am. The group travels southeast toward the Atlas Mountains, stopping first near the oldest Berber village in the Tahanout area. Here, visitors can take photos and visit a cooperative run by Berber women. The journey continues to Asni, where there is an optional visit to the weekly Berber market on Saturdays and a chance to see the summit of Oukaimden. Next, the tour reaches the Imlil Valley in the Atlas foothills. In Imlil village, a gentle guided walk takes place through the surrounding Berber villages in the valley, allowing participants to observe local culture and landscapes. During the walk, there is a visit to a waterfall located off the main path. Lunch, prepared by a local family in a traditional home, is available as an optional extra. The tour includes breakfast, all fees and taxes, air-conditioned transport, mint tea and water, hotel transfers, and a tour guide. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended but not provided. The tour returns to Marrakech by about 4:30 pm.
