Yasyu Taku is located in an alley a 1-minute walk from Hiroshima Electric Railway Tsuchihashi Station and opened in 2016.
The owner, Mr. Takushi Sugimoto, trained for 5 years at "Kikunoi" in Kyoto, and then returned to Hiroshima and trained at "Yamato" and other establishments for 6 and a half years, accumulating excellent culinary skills.
The interior features light green wallpaper and white wood decor, providing a spacious and comfortable dining experience.
The open kitchen design allows customers to observe the chef's cooking process up close.
