Guests are required to sign a liability waiver form that informs them of the risks of the activity Although not mandatory, it is recommended that you purchase accident and/or travel insurance before participating in this activity Please be sure to read and confirm the health checklist: Chinese Version / English Version Contact lenses may fall out in the water, so we recommend wearing daily disposable contact lenses. The instructor will take 5-10 complimentary photos for guests to commemorate the experience, provided it is safe to do so. A download link will be provided after the activity. We offer waterproof camera rentals for ¥3,500 per camera. Customers can rent a camera for self-guided photography, and a download link will be provided after the activity. As camera availability is limited, please request a rental upon reservation if needed. Alternatively, you are welcome to bring your own waterproof camera. In the event of unfavorable weather conditions, the captain may change the dive site to the Coral Farm (Yamada) for the safety of our guests, depending on the immediate weather situation. If only minors are participating, a consent form signed by a guardian is required. Children under 11 years old are not allowed to participate alone. We may use photos taken during the activity for promotional purposes. If you do not want us to use your photo, please notify the instructor before the activity begins. Prohibitions & Limitations Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service.
