Overview

Pingshan Village is a thousand-year-old ancient village in Yixian County, Huangshan City, Anhui Province. It is named after the high mountains to its north, which resemble a screen. Jiyang Stream flows through the village, which boasts over 300 ancient Huizhou-style buildings from the Ming and Qing dynasties. It is a nationally renowned sketching base, with core attractions including the Shu Family Ancestral Temple, Changning Lake, Ancient Bridge Pavilion, and Pingshan Gongzhi Archway. It is known as "China's First Sketching Village."

The stone paths in the scenic area are quite slippery, so it is recommended to wear comfortable, non-slip sports shoes. The signal in the village is weak, it is recommended to download an offline map in advance.
