Overview

This 90-minute wine tasting takes place in Porto and includes a selection of Portuguese tapas served on a plate. Participants will sample wines from the Porto and Douro regions while receiving information about the local wine history. The tasting includes snacks and alcoholic beverages. There is an option to upgrade the tasting to include Vintage 20-year Tawny Ports and Reserva Ruby Port. Private transfers to and from accommodations in Porto can be arranged for an additional fee. All participants must be at least 18 years old and may be asked to show proof of age.

Join us in our beautiful Orangerie or, on a sunny day, in our lovely garden for a tasting journey of some of the best wines from the Douro valley. You will try two vintages of Douro White, a Rose, two distinct Red wines and a White or Tawny Port from our featured premium vineyard, presented by our team with a plate of local Cheese and Portuguese Cured Ham with crackers and homemade jams. After the tasting, you are welcome to stay and enjoy additional wines and ports or tapas from our selection at additional cost.
