This small-group cooking class in Positano lasts about three and a half hours. It begins with a pickup from the main square of Montepertuso. Participants are taken to a private villa where an aperitif is served before the cooking starts. The instructor demonstrates how to prepare fresh gnocchi using a traditional family recipe. After making the gnocchi, the class moves on to preparing tiramisù with step-by-step instructions. The group then visits the villa’s garden to pick fresh vegetables and fruits that will be used in the meal. Lunch is served at the villa and includes the dishes prepared during the class.
