Ocean-Triangular-Beach Meeting

Private surf lessons provide one-on-one instruction for individuals aged 4 years and older. Children between 4 and 11 years old may opt to tandem surf with the instructor. The meeting point is at the end of the parking lot by a small triangular beach. Participants can select the appropriate size water shirt and water shoes. The session begins with a demonstration near the water's edge to introduce safety, paddling, and pop-up techniques, and to answer any questions. This is followed by an hour of practice where instructors assist by towing if paddling is difficult and by pushing on waves to help participants catch them. After returning to shore, any purchased photos and videos are uploaded the same day and emailed by evening. Every participant is guaranteed to catch at least one wave, even if riding on their stomach, though most catch multiple standing waves during the beginner lesson.
