This 2.5-hour masterclass takes place in the heart of Rome and focuses on making fresh fettuccine pasta and classic tiramisu. A local chef leads the session, starting with preparing the pasta dough from scratch and shaping it by hand. Participants choose one sauce to serve with their fettuccine from Amatriciana, Cacio e Pepe, or Tomato and Basil; sauce preparation is not included in the class. After cooking, the group sits down to eat the meal they have prepared, accompanied by a glass of wine or a soft drink. The class concludes with freshly made tiramisu and a choice of a shot of limoncello or hot coffee. Water is provided throughout the session.
