The four-hour Brunello cooking class in Siena begins at 10:00 am with chef Alexandra, who guides participants through preparing traditional Tuscan dishes using local ingredients. The cooking session takes place at a winery with views of the surrounding vineyards. After the class, there is a private tour of the winery’s vineyards and the 15th-century castle that has been owned by the same family for 17 generations. The experience concludes with a lunch on a panoramic terrace overlooking the Montalcino wine region. Each dish prepared during the class is paired with wines produced on-site, including Brunello. Optional transportation within the province of Siena can be arranged upon request.
