The newly opened "Korahana" in Minato-ku, Tokyo is the sister store of Kamakura's popular kaiseki restaurant "Kanaso Karaka". Carefully run by the female head chef, Ms. Yoshiko Wakimoto, she has always adhered to the principle of selecting local and seasonal ingredients, and is committed to retaining the original flavor of the ingredients to the greatest extent in each carefully prepared dish, presenting a dish full of feminine tenderness.
