At the restaurant, participants prepare traditional Sicilian dishes, including pasta alla norma made with aubergines, Pachino cherry tomatoes, and pistachios from Bronte. Fresh fish from the local market is also used, seasoned with spices such as capers from the Aeolian Islands and local olives. The class includes tastings of cheese, cured meats, mini Sicilian cannoli, and limoncello. Lunch is served alongside a wine tasting. A coffee break with coffee or tea is provided during the session.
