Participants spend about 15 minutes before the game on briefing and preparation, followed by the 75-minute gameplay where teams solve puzzles and follow clues to complete their mission. After the game, there is another 15 minutes for debriefing and photos. The environment is family-friendly and non-scary, with staff available for support. Players enter a locked room with an exit button available to leave at any time. Guests must be at least 13 years old to play, though younger players can join if accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older. All players under 18 require a waiver signed by an adult. Unless a group reserves all spots, games may be shared with others joining the team. Hotel pickup and drop-off are not provided. Admission includes entry to play one adventure.
