The two-hour baking session takes place in a cozy home kitchen in Kilcolgan, near Galway, Ireland. All ingredients and utensils needed to make traditional Irish homemade scones and bread are provided. The host guides participants through the baking process, explaining the differences between traditional bread baking methods and modern techniques. When available, seasonal fruits and herbs from the host’s garden are used during the baking. This session is held in the home kitchen, although some experiences may also take place at Kate's Place café in Oranmore, Orantown centre. Each participant receives a printed recipe and a pen for taking notes if desired.
