Then it’s time to cook: aprons on, spoon in hand and fire lit. Together, we’ll prepare an authentic Valencian paella and you’ll learn, step by step, the secrets that make all the difference. While the rice cooks, we’ll enjoy local tapas, wine, soft drinks and good conversation.
