Overview

This full-day bus tour from Jerusalem focuses on key historical and religious sites in the West Bank. The journey begins in Ramallah, the West Bank’s cultural center, where the guide leads a walk through the city including a visit to the tomb of Yasser Arafat. Afterward, the tour continues to Jericho, known as one of the world’s oldest cities, where visitors see archaeological sites and view the Mount of Temptation from below, linked to the biblical account of Jesus’ temptation. Next, the group travels to Qasr-el-Yahud on the Jordan River, traditionally recognized as the baptism site of Jesus. The final destination is Bethlehem, where the tour includes visits to holy places such as the Church of the Nativity, a walk through the Old City and its marketplace, and a walk alongside the separation barrier featuring graffiti artwork by Banksy. Lunch is provided during the day, and transportation is by air-conditioned minivan. The full tour lasts about 10 hours and is led by a local guide.
