Overview

This about 9-hour boat tour around Zakynthos starts with a 15-minute stop at Bochali View Point, where visitors can see the town and port from a hilltop. Then the tour heads to a famous beach known for its clear waters, limestone cliffs, and a rusted shipwreck on white pebbles, viewed from the boat since landing is prohibited due to landslide risks. There is a brief restroom stop before boarding a boat at Porto Vromi Beach or Agios Nikolaos, depending on weather, for a three-hour cruise. The boat approaches Navagio Beach, also called Shipwreck Beach, allowing close-up photos of the shipwreck without disembarking. The tour continues with stops for swimming and snorkeling at Sfogio Beach and a nearby Blue Cave accessible by climbing a few meters on rocks (weather permitting). Visitors can swim inside the Blue Caves, seeing fish with provided mask and snorkel gear. Lunch is at a traditional mountain tavern in Anafonitria village (own expense), followed by a visit to the 2,000-year-old olive tree in Exo Chora, where free tastings of local olive oil, olives, wine, and other products are offered. The tour also stops at Therianos Family Farm to meet animals and taste organic farm products, including award-winning olive oil and black raisins. The last stop is Xigia Beach, known for springs with sulfur and collagen in the seawater, believed to have healing properties. Swimming is possible here, and refreshments are available. The tour includes airport and cruise port pickup if selected, bottled water, swimming vests, liability insurance, and a local guide with photography skills. Drone video content is available for semi-private and private tours. Lunch and the boat ticket (required May to October and November to April) are not included. Toilet facilities are available at the port, Xigia Beach, and the restaurant. The guides and boat crew are certified and experienced.
