Participants learn the entire chocolate-making process, starting from the cocoa bean and continuing through each step until producing a finished chocolate bar. The workshop includes hands-on activities where participants handle the cocoa beans, roast, grind, and refine them to create chocolate. An explanation covers the history of cocoa and Guatemala's role in chocolate development. During the session, participants taste various chocolate drinks. All materials needed to make chocolate are provided. Each participant makes and takes home 90 grams of their own chocolate. Hotel pickup and drop-off are not included. The chocolates will be ready for collection about 45 minutes after the workshop ends.
