Participants meet the local English-speaking chef and take a guided walk around the market, where they learn about Hungarian cuisine, culture, and history while tasting local flavors. After the market visit, the group moves to a nearby apartment for a hands-on cooking class. At the apartment, guests receive welcome tastings of Hungarian cold cuts, cheeses, pickles, and other snacks. The cooking session includes preparing a main course and dessert using fresh ingredients from the market. Throughout the class, Hungarian wines and spirits are paired with the meal, and soft drinks and water are also provided. All cooking equipment and ingredients are included. At the end, participants receive a recipe booklet and an authentic vintage postcard as souvenirs from the experience.
