Drivers must be at least 19 years old with a full valid driver’s license equivalent to BC Class 5 or 6. Those 25 and under must show their license at check-in.
All participants must sign a Release of Liability and Waiver Form. Minors under 19 require a parent or guardian's signature.
Anyone suspected of being intoxicated beyond BC legal driving limits is prohibited from participation without refund.
Minimum participant numbers apply; cancellations can occur if not met, with alternatives or refunds offered.
Maximum combined weight per snowmobile is 400 lbs (180 kg).
The tour runs in all weather; appropriate winter clothing is required. Personal gear is recommended but limited outerwear is available to borrow if needed.
Child passengers must be at least 5 years old, 48 inches tall, and able to fit in the smallest helmet.
At least one adult per group of up to seven snowmobiles must speak conversational English.
Pregnant women are not allowed to ride as drivers or passengers on snowmobiles, dogsleds, ATVs, or buggies but may join snowcat or Jeep tours.
Adventure sports are not advised for those with back or neck pain or heart or respiratory conditions; consult a physician before booking.
