The CHP Bike Rentals tour starts in Cromwell with a pre-trip briefing. Participants receive a rental bike, either a LLEVANT Electric Mountain Bike or a TREK Roscoe 7 Standard Mountain Bike. Each bike comes with a helmet and a rear carrier pannier bag. One person in each group is given an emergency kit that includes a spare tube, multi tool, tyre levers, quick link chain tool, new chain, and a first aid kit. Riders cycle from Cromwell to Clyde, covering the route in about four to five hours. Shuttle transport with air conditioning is provided to return riders to their starting point or another designated location after the ride.
