Visitors can walk through a 48-meter underwater tunnel offering a 270-degree view of over 33,000 aquatic animals from nearly 150 species. The aquarium section displays a wide variety of marine life, while the underwater zoo features King Croc, the world’s largest reptile, alongside several nocturnal creatures. This wildlife attraction allows for flexible visits lasting from one to six hours. Admission tickets vary depending on the chosen option and provide access to both the aquarium tunnel and the underwater zoo. Some options include additional water activities such as diving with sharks, cage snorkeling, and a glass-bottom ride, which are available separately. The Dubai Mall also offers nearby entertainment options including KidZania, VR Park, the Burj Khalifa check-in, and Dubai Ice Rink. Guests should bring valid photo identification for entry and note that tickets are valid only for the selected date and booking time slot. E-tickets are sent by email one day before the visit and can be shown on a smartphone. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
