Overview

This hop-on hop-off bus tour in Florence offers a flexible way to see the city's main sights. The route includes stops at the Cathedral, Santa Croce, San Marco, Piazzale Michelangelo, and other locations. Passengers can get on and off the double-decker bus as often as they wish during the tour day. The tour lasts about one to two hours per loop, allowing visitors to plan their own pace and itinerary. Included in the ticket is access to a free mobile app called “Sightseeing Experience,” which provides a real-time map of bus locations, waiting times at stops, and the user’s position to help find the nearest stop easily. The app also offers a walking tour of Florence’s city center available in five languages. Assistance is available at the Sightseeing Experience Visitor Center located inside the ticketing area of the Santa Maria Novella (SMN) Train Station. The bus provides free Wi-Fi onboard. Food, drinks, and hotel pickup or drop-off services are not included. The lower level of the bus is accessible for wheelchair users.
